Abstract

A lift-off method and mechanical polishing are employed to form a dot-nickel-embedded indium tin oxide anode for an organic light-emitting diode (OLED). A 10 sec polishing can improve nickel surface morphology and consequently enhance the characteristics of an OLED device.
