Understanding Melanoma Biochemistry/Metastatic Potential with Pump-probe Microscopy

Abstract

Melanin in tissue exhibits rich pump-probe imaging structure which correlates with clinical concern. Many different contributions can be separated to improve contrast, and to understand the molecular basis of metastatic changes.
