Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging of Treatment Response in Neuroendocrine Tumor Organoids

Abstract

NAD(P)H and FAD fluorescence lifetime imaging is used to monitor cancer metabolism. Imaging of 3D primary gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine organoids reveals patient specific metabolic differences in response to treatment.
