RGD-conjugated PMAO Nanoparticles Encapsulating a Squaraine Probe for Tumor Vasculature Imaging

Abstract

An RGD-peptide functionalized nanoparticle carrier encapsulating a squaraine probe that can be excited via two-photon absorption in the NIR is reported. Efficient cellular and tissue imaging demonstrate its potential for biological applications.
