Monitoring Osteoblastic Differentiation with Multivariate Analysis of Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging

Abstract

Osteoblastic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells was monitored via time-resolved fluorescence of endogenous NADH. Multivariate analysis of fluorescence decay parameters yielded canonical variables that track cell differentiation status.
