Abstract

In this study we quantified permeation of different lipoproteins in normal and diseased arteries using OCT. Obtained results clearly demonstrate difference in diffusion of OxLDL > mmOxLDL > LDL >AcLDL. These can lead to better understanding of biophysics of lipoproteins accumulation in vascular wall.
