Wide-field Time-Resolved Molecular Optical Tomography

Abstract

Fluorescence Molecular Tomography (FMT) plays an increased role in pre-clinical imaging. Herein, we will present our instrumental, theoretical and experimental efforts to establish a new method to perform whole-body FMT based on wide-field time-resolved illumination.
