Imaging Fourier transform endospectroscopy for in vivo and in situ multispectral imaging

Abstract

We present a multispectral imaging Fourier transform endospectroscopy system (IFTES). Preliminary results show that this instrument can enhance the flexibility of choosing multiple fluorescent probes and extend the potential applications of fiber bundle microendoscopy.
