Regularizing refractive index sensitivity for disordered plasmonic array

Abstract

Plasmonic arrays fabricated by low-cost nanosphere lithography feature disorderliness and corresponding non-uniform index sensitivity. A calibration technique based on hyperspectral imaging has been implemented to regularize the sensitivity.
