Spectral Damage Testing of Thin Film Coatings

Abstract

A method for spectrally resolved damage testing at wavelengths ranging from 250 nm to 1700 nm has been established and implemented into an instrument for angle resolved scattering measurements for in-situ studies of structural properties.
