Comparison of absorption measurements performed on various optical films using multi-angle spectroscopy and laser-induced deflection

Abstract

Absorption spectra and extinction coefficient values of various optical films are evaluated by the recently developed TRACK method, which is particularly appropriate for non-ideal coatings. Results are compared to those obtained by the LID technique.
