Reflective Diffraction Gratings Based on High Power Laser Coatings

Abstract

The potential laser resistance of reflective diffraction gratings is dependent on performance of high power laser coatings. Besides polarization-independent spectral combined gratings and meter Au gratings, meter multilayer dielectric coatings for gratings have been fabricated.
