Group delay dispersion measurement of dispersive mirrors using scanning white-light interferometry

Abstract

A time-domain algorithm for precise measurement of group delay dispersion of dispersive mirrors is presented combining seeking optimal function for interferogram maximas with wavelet denoising algorithm based on scanning white-light interferometry.
