Thorns-like ZnO/CNT Composites by Hydrothermal Method

Abstract

Novel composite material, composed of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) “stems” and zinc oxide (ZnO) “thorns”, is prepared for the seed layer by RF sputtering and the growth of ZnO on CNT surface by hydrothermal process.
