Flat-topped and top-patterned silicon cone gratings for visible and mid infrared antireflective properties

Abstract

We designed, fabricated and performed optical characterizations on silicon cone gratings demonstrating antireflective properties in the visible and mid-infrared. Optical behavior of flat-topped and top-patterned cones has also been investigated.
