IRDIS Dual-band Filters characterization in operational cryo-vacuum environment

Abstract

IRDIS filters were designed, manufactured with DIBS technology and tested after integration in the instrument. Spectral and WFE measurements indicated that filters are well within specifications, allowing differential aberrations below 10nm rms.
