Optical Properties and Thermal Stability of Niobium-pentoxide Single Layers

Abstract

This contribution is focussed on the optical properties and thermal stability of Niobium-pentoxide single layers produced by different coating techniques. The evaluation is based on Laser Calorimetry according to ISO 11551, transmission and reflection measurements.
