Low stress and shift free optical coatings for ultra-high precision surfaces

Abstract

The deposition of ultra-high precision substrates requires stress compensated layer systems. The intrinsic stress of the system is calculated from single layer data. Experimental data show thermal stress as function of deposition parameters and substrates.
