Abstract

Meeting application requirements for both high transparency and low sheet resistance of transparent conducting oxides on flexible plastic substrates (PET) is especially challenging. However, a multilayer film approach with two ITO layers, achieved 91% peak and 88% luminous transmittance and 21.6 ohms/square.
