Concave Mirror Measurement Using Transverse Translation Diverse Phase Retrieval

Abstract

Surface topography of a concave, spherical mirror is measured using transverse translation diverse phase retrieval, an image-based wavefront sensing technique. Phase retrieval results show quantitative agreement with independent interferometric measurements of the same optic.
