Abstract

A laser automotive headlamp module design composed of the remote phosphor and the light pipe was proposed in this paper. With the use of a light pipe, the multiple laser beams can easy gather onto phosphor to become white light, which reversely transmitting through the light pipe and lens to produce the desired and uniform white light distribution to comply with regulations.
