Cost Optimized Fabrication of Micro-Optical Couplers

Abstract

A cost effective fabrication method is applied to manufacture micro-optic structures. It allows the integration of micro-optical components. We use this technique to fabricate negative metal molds of optical micro-couplers and replicated them in a monolithic substrate.
