Improvement of Chirped Mirror Design for Femtosecond Pulse Compression

Abstract

We developed model for interaction of fs-pulse with chirped mirrors. Model possesses predictive capabilities. We found there are domains of stable and unstable compression under variation of layer number, which is unpredictable with present counterparts.
