High-resolution micromeasurement with digital holography

Abstract

Digital holography is studied on system configuration and microscopic scheme for realizing high-resolution micromeasurement. The proposed system is examined experimentally in lateral resolution, measurement sensitivity and microscopic resolution respectively with application to microstructure testing.
