Temperature-insensitive in-line Mach-Zehnder interferometer based on a thin-core optical fiber

Abstract

A temperature-insensitive in-line Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) based on a thin-core optical fiber is investigated. The temperature sensitivity of the in-line MZI is successfully suppressed which is 750 times lower than that of the conventional MZI.
