Image Matching Assisted Phase-Sensitive Optical Time Domain Reflectometry

Abstract

Image matching algorithms are proposed to improve the temporal resolution of dualfrequency phase-sensitive OTDR. Experimental results show that the temporal resolution is improved by six times compared with 1D cross-covariation under the same precision.
