Deconvolution Algorithm for Accurate Estimation of Brillouin Frequency in Brillouin Optical Correlation Domain Analysis

Abstract

We propose a post processing technique to accurately estimate the Brillouin frequency in Brillouin optical correlation domain analysis based sensors. The proposed deconvolution algorithm is validated with the Brillouin gain spectra generated through simulations and controlled experiments.
