Abstract

We had made the prototype fiberoptic accelerometers based on a Michelson interferometer. In this report, we discuss the theoretical formula and experiment results. Then the experimental value of the sensitivity has agreed to the theoretical value within several dB, and the minimum detection level has been confirmed 0.1 μG/ √Hz (@ 10 Hz).
