Nested Interferometric Sensors Utilizing Bragg Grating Reflectors

Abstract

Multiple nested segment, interferometric sensor configurations based on Michelson and Fabry-Perot interferometers formed using Bragg gratings are described. These configurations can be used to provide adaptive interferometric sensors, and can be used effectively in gradient and vector sensor systems.
