Spectral unidirectional scanning Fourier domain mode-locked laser based on dispersion-retained cavity

Abstract

we propose and demonstrate a unidirectional scanning FDML laser that without any additional modulation devices. Instead, spectral unidirectional scanning can be achieved simply via change the drive the signal frequency of tunable filter.
