Electro-Optic Device in InP for Wide Angle of Arrival Detection in Optical Wireless Communication

Abstract

An optical beam steering component for indoor localization is introduced. Detection of the angle of arrival between the proposed device and a receiving optical fiber is shown for a 60° angle range.
