Configuring monitoring entities through NETCONF and YANG in control and hierarchical management planes

Abstract

This paper proposes a novel control and management scheme for elastic optical networks. YANG model for device configuration is presented and the scheme is demonstrated in a control plane testbed including hierarchical management plane.
