Novel Rank-Based Low-Latency Scheduling for Maximum Fronthaul Accommodation in Bridged Network

Abstract

This paper proposes a novel rank-based queue scheduling method for achieving low latency in a fronthaul bridged network. We confirmed with computer simulations the proposed scheme increased the number of accommodated fronthaul streams by 40%.
