Big Data Analytics in Support of Virtual Network Topology Adaptability

Abstract

ABNO’s OAM Handler is extended with big data analytics capabilities to anticipate traffic changes in volume and direction. Predicted traffic is used as input for VNT re-optimization. Experimental assessment is realized on UPC’s SYNERGY testbed.
