Single Lane 112-Gbps Analog Small Form-factor Pluggable Module with Only 4-GHz End-to-end 3-dB Bandwidth Employing Duobinary 4-PAM

Abstract

We report a novel single-lane 112-Gbps system based on SFP module with 10km SSMF reach employing a duobinary 4-PAM modulation. Impairment caused by electrical circuit is compensated by digital pre-distortion techniques.
