Abstract

We have proposed a digital pre-distortion method for linearization of directly-modulated multi-IF-over-fiber LTE mobile-fronthaul based on the memory-polynomial algorithm. The receiver sensitivity improvement enabled by pre-distortion has been experimentally demonstrated for 30 LTE-A carriers.
