Experimental Demonstration of Optical Wireless Indoor Localization System with Background Light Power Estimation

Abstract

In this paper, an optical wireless based indoor localization system with background light power estimation capability is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Results show that an average localization error of 2.41 cm is achieved.
