High-Bandwidth Optical I/O Link with Optical MCM

Abstract

A high-bandwidth optical I/O link with developed optical MCM is demonstrated. High speed link tests for 24 channels show that the TX operates at 25 Gb/s, and the optical I/O link operates at 20 Gb/s.
