High Performance DP-QPSK Receiver Module incorporating InP-based Integrated Coherent Detection Chip

Abstract

We report an integrated InP-based coherent receiver chip, exhibiting the highest reported responsivity (0.2A/W), better than −26dB CMRR and larger than 30GHz detector bandwidth. A miniature version suitable for CFP2 application was also demonstrated.
