Zero Dispersion Modes and its Effects on Characterization of MMF Chromatic Dispersion

Abstract

The multiple zero dispersion wavelengths of multimode fiber modes are studied. The effect of these modes and the launch conditions on the characterization of chromatic dispersion is estimated.
