A Novel DBA Scheme for TDM-PON based Mobile Fronthaul

Abstract

We propose a mobile-DBA with low-latency for a TDM-PON based mobile fronthaul. It utilizes mobile-scheduling information and reduces the latency to about 1/20 of conventional one. Measured latencies (< 50 µs) are enough for LTE.
