Development of 1060nm 25-Gb/s VCSEL and Demonstration of 300m and 500m System Reach using MMFs and Link optimized for 1060nm

Abstract

VCSELs operating at 25-Gb/s and 1060nm have been developed. System reaches of 300m and 500m have been demonstrated for multimode fiber and a multimode fiber link optimized at 1060nm respectively.
