A 50Tbps Optically-Cabled Infiniband Datacenter Switch

Abstract

We present a commercial 50Tbps Infiniband packet switch with 648 ports running 40Gbps per port enabled by 12-channel full-duplex active optical cables with 10Gbps per channel per direction of optical I/O.
