Generation of 28GBaud and 32GBaud PDM-Nyquist-QPSK by a DAC with 11.3GHz Analog Bandwidth

Abstract

Generations of 28GBaud and 32GBaud PDM-Nyquist-QPSK using a DAC with a sample rate up to 64GSa/s and an analog bandwidth of 11.3GHz are demonstrated. By bandwidth limitation pre-equalization, a Q-gain of 0.8 dB is achieved in B2B experiments.
