112-Gb/s Transmission over 100m of Graded-Index Plastic Optical Fiber for Optical Data Center Applications

Abstract

100G transmission over GI-POF is demonstrated by using 112-Gb/s PolMux-QPSK modulation and digital coherent detection. The transmission distance over 100m and simplified coupling method is suitable for optical data-center applications.
