Abstract

We demonstrate a monolithically integrated, polarization-diversified silicon receiver chip with 10 wavelength channels at 100-GHz spacing. It has <1.8 dB polarization- dependent loss and zero polarization-dependent wavelength shift. 10 Gbps operation is demonstrated for all channels.
