Sideband-Assisted Phase Sensitive Amplifiers with High Phase Sensitivity for Efficient Phase Regeneration

Abstract

We show that sidebands entailed by phase sensitive amplification significantly increase the parametric de-amplification. The resultant gain extinction ratio was 30 dB with less than 22-dBm pump power, which enables an efficient phase regenerator.
