Raman-induced gain distortions in double-pumped parametric amplifiers

Abstract

Raman-induced gain distortions in broadband (pump separations of 132 and 155nm) double-pumped parametric amplifiers are theoretically and experimentally analyzed. A gain profile possessing 100nm of 3dB ripple and 140nm of 4.7dB ripple is demonstrated.
