Abstract

A novel 10.3 Gbit/s LAN-PHY based burst-mode transmitter with a fast 6 ns tum-on/off time and a high launch power more than +3.3 dBm over the temperature range 0 to 70 degree-C was successfully demonstrated by using a new impedance-controlled DC-coupled burst-mode LD driver circuit.
