Abstract

We discuss the theoretical and experimental progress in the development of multiwavelength all-optical 2R regenerators, with emphasis on innovative dispersion management in the scheme based on off-center filtering of self-phase-modulation-broadened signal spectrum (Mamyshev regenerator).
